"My husband and I, having been stranded by another company that suddenly went out of business, approached Guelph Tents only four months before our big wedding weekend this past September. We have only positive and wonderful things to say about Laura and the entire team at Guelph Tent and Event Rentals who worked so hard to make our wedding such a resounding success. Our wedding wasn't the usual one-day celebration. Our outdoor wedding was an entire three-day affair with multiple activities happening simultaneously throughout the long weekend. Very much like a movie set, we took an older, dated rural property and transformed it into a fairy-tale dream wedding site.
Having Guelph Tent & Event was an essential part of our success in pulling this large event together. While our location already had a large banquet hall we knew that we were going to require a large tent as well as a back-up for our outdoor wedding ceremony in-case of rain or shelter from the sun if conditions became too hot. We also utilized the beautiful Stillwater tent as a location for a full live music concert and later reconfigured it into a quiet casual evening lounge area for our guests. In addition to the large Stillwater Tent accommodating more than 250 people, we required smaller tents for storage/catering, tables, chairs, electrical lighting, etc. all of which Laura and her team delivered and set-up.
Our interactions with Guelph Tents were impressive, courteous, attentive and friendly. Their work ethics and attention to detail were extremely impressive, always punctual and efficient. The tents and gear were immaculately clean – how they keep such a large white fabric building in such perfect condition is beyond us. Take down and clean up the following week was just as efficient as setting up and very timely too.
Guelph Tents has a great team who works very hard and it shows in the quality of service that they provide. We highly recommend them for any event large or small. We are proud to provide this reference for them. Please feel free to contact us any time with any specific questions.

Thanks to Guelph Tents for making our wedding venue so beautiful this past weekend! Although our caterer, "Appetizingly Yours" dealt mostly with the logistics of the tent set-up, we worked closely with the fine people at Guelph Tent Rentals a couple days out of our wedding. The set-up crew guys were nice, very respectful of the property in our backyard, full of smiles, and is it bad to say, good looking? I know it was a difficult install, to fit the incredible Stillwater tent within a tight space in our backyard. Because it fit so perfectly however, it made our venue incredibly special and intimate for our wedding of 100 people. The tent was way huger and magnificent then we had even imagined it would have been. Of course, the lighting within the tent was a highlight of everyone's evening. Aldo put in at least an 8 hour day (on our install alone) when all was said and done, to make it look perfect. Then they came back late at night to make sure that it looked just right. It really seems like they work around the clock, and the best thing - is that they seem genuinely happy to do so. We did also have a second tent in the driveway, in case we needed an extra outdoor space in the event of rain. (Side note - weather ended up being perfect, although the forecast was awful). Although this tent wasn't as glamorous as the Stillwater tent, it still helped to make an impression, and made the entrance to our venue seem very grand and special. I really didn't expect this...but the crew were here the next morning, and the tent was gone by noon. As I sit on the back deck 2 days later, with my Monday morning coffee, we have so many incredibly memories, and to sum up what so many of our guests have said - the night was, simply put: "Magical". I would without any hesitation recommend Guelph Tent Rentals to any person or company wanting something very special in their own backyard, or outdoor spacereat part due to your tent and rentals. Also, the home owners and my family were very impressed with you and your service.

"Where do I begin. First a huge thank you to Laura and the Guelph Tent family for making my daughter and son in law's wedding such a huge success.
A year ago my daughter came home to say that for her outdoor organic wedding she had to have a "Stillwater Tent" with bistro lighting inside and out. She wanted the poles to be turned into birch trees. She wanted to dance outside and inside underneath the stars . She had seen this in her wildest dreams.
Well after much research Guelph Tents was the only tent provider who even agreed to attempt to help make this happen.
Countless hours back and forth with Laura on the phone and email - let me tell you - customer service with this company is beyond phenominal. In today's world this is so hard to find. The site inspectors and installation crew were the beyond the best. Friendly, polite, knowledgable and quick. All of these wonderful people worked tirelessly ; and with our wonderful Florist - Aspen Florist to make Magic happen .
The tent , the lightning, the tables, the dance floors were more magnificent than my daughter could have imagined and all I might add without hassle from them. They made it so easy.

Now that the dust has settled on our crazy COVID wedding (never thought I'd have to say that), I wanted to take some time to reach out to our amazing vendors.
Through it all Guelph Tents was BEYOND easy to work with. I have had a dream in my mind for a wedding since I was a little girl, with everything getting mixed up and re-arranged during COVID I didn't think it would happen, but we did it! From the beautiful dance floor, to the "Father of The Bride" Lighting, everything was absolutely stunning. I walked into our tent and my jaw dropped. I truly couldn't believe it was OUR WEDDING!
